East Hampton
East Hampton is the Hamptons the magazines mean — the village green with its pond and windmill, the elm-arched Main Street, the hedges that have their own landscapers and possibly their own lawyers. Main Beach anchors it all, perennially ranked among the country's finest. SEASONAL serves East Hampton stays from our homes minutes west — and our collection here is growing.

The Hamlet
The village does polish better than anywhere on the East End: galleries and great shopping along Main Street and Newtown Lane, Guild Hall's summer stage, and restaurants where the corner table is a contested title. But the real luxury is the setting — the green, the pond, the old cemetery's leaning stones, a townscape that has been beautiful for three hundred years and intends to continue. Summer is the full performance, celebrities and locals sharing the surf and competing for the corner table; the shoulder months hand the village back, ocean still warm, lines gone. From Sea Farm in Bridgehampton, all of it sits twelve unhurried minutes away — close enough for the evening, far enough for the quiet.
Just along the road — Wainscott, Sag Harbor and Montauk. Or see every neighborhood we keep in The Hamptons.
Getting Around
Good To Know
Main Beach charges for summer parking and the lot fills by ten — go early, or go at five when the light turns gold and the day-trippers turn home. And the drive in along Further Lane is the scenic route for a reason; take it at least once with the windows down.

Questions, Answered
A historic village green, a landmark windmill and some of the most celebrated beaches on the Eastern seaboard — East Hampton pairs a genuine small-town center with a deep gallery and dining scene beyond the summer crowds.
Not yet — our collection is growing. Today, East Hampton stays are served from Sea Farm in Bridgehampton, twelve minutes west, and Hubbard House in Southampton — with the full Seasonal service layer either way.
Yes — and the reputation queues accordingly. Go before ten or after four; the beach at golden hour makes the whole summer make sense.
The season is MD–LD — Memorial Day to Labor Day — glorious and busy in equal measure. September and early October are the connoisseur's answer: warm ocean, open tables, golden light.
Main Beach and Georgica Beach are both a few minutes from the village center. Your concierge can arrange seasonal beach permits before you arrive.
