Off the living room is a half bath and sliding glass doors that lead to the private wood deck and backyard with built-in floor lights, grill, lounging area and outdoor speakers; perfect for relaxing and entertaining.
On the second floor, walk through the double door entry into your spacious master bedroom which includes a walk-in custom closet and marble en-suite bathroom with a separate tub and walk-in shower. At the other end of the hall you will find a full guest bathroom, guest bedroom, and laundry area with brand new LG washer and dryer. Enjoy seamless connectivity, lightning fast wifi and a new central NEST A/C system and thermostat, controlled directly from your smartphone.
The well-maintained grounds allow for wonderful strolls and include tennis and pickle ball courts as well as two large pools for all-day Summer lounging.
